Northwest Texas Healthcare System provides automated clinical laboratory services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The clinical laboratory uses new testing procedures, such as the cardiac marker Troponin I, and has recently updated its technology and advanced instrumentation.

Northwest Texas Healthcare System's laboratory is fully accredited and certified by the College of American Pathologists, The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).
